RETURN/ REFUND Policy
In the event that you need to return or exchange your product, please see below for important information.
- If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return it within 30 working days of receipt of goods for a refund. Send the items back to us at 4 Sussex Road, Maidstone, Kent, ME15 7HY . You must return the product back to us unused and in good condition. Postage and packing fees are non-refundable.
- Refunds will be issued based on quantity of products returned. Please include all opened and unopened products in your return. Opened product is limited to a 30-day consumable quantity for full refund. Unopened containers must be deemed to be in unused and good condition to receive refund.
- If an item(s) is being returned for an exchange, the cost of returning the item to us is the responsibility of the customer. If the item(s) is faulty due to an error on our part, we will give you the FREEPOST address to return the item(s) to us. Every effort will be made for refunds to be given in the form of the original method of payment. Please allow up to two weeks from the date of processing your return for receipt of a refund and allow up to two (2) billing cycles for returned credit to appear on your statement.
- Lopchan Traders shall be responsible only upto the amount invoiced and shall not be responsible for any amount higher than the invoiced amount.
- On receipt of payment i.e. clearing of payment we shall endeavor to deliver your parcel within 30 working days and we shall not be responsible for any compensation due to delay in delivery and we are liable only upto the invoiced amount for delay in delivery and nothing more.

Contracts for the purchase of Products and/or Services through our site and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) will be governed by English law. Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with such Contracts or their formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
